As many of you are aware, the lights in the community are aging, and your Facilities Manager has been working to improve lighting throughout the neighborhood. Here’s what’s happening:

• Digital Timers: Mechanical timers are being replaced with digital timers, so all lights come on at the same time.

• Ballast Replacements: Ballasts in existing fixtures are being replaced to improve performance.

• Electrical Challenges: For areas where replacing ballasts does not resolve the issue, or where there is no voltage to the lights, additional electrical work is underway.

• Fixture Replacements: When ballasts cannot be replaced, the fixtures themselves are being updated.

• Uniform Light Color: All lights are being standardized to a consistent 4100K color temperature for a uniform appearance.

These updates are part of ongoing efforts to improve safety, reliability, and the overall look of the community.
